When to claim

Once you have decided to make a compensation claim, the first stage in the process is to contact us and provide us with details of the accident so that we can decide how to best proceed with the claim and ensure that you receive the maximum compensation available to you. You can fill in our online form on our homepage and we will contact you within 24 hours, or you can phone us directly. We will ask you for details of the accident, such as who was at fault, what injuries you suffered and whether there were any witnesses. All this information will help us strengthen your claim. We will then look at your claim and choose the best solicitor to represent you. Our solicitors will then contact you directly and ask you for permission to act on your behalf. They will then obtain some more details from you to help with the claim and begin the claim process.

We will continue to act solely on your behalf and liaise closely with you and the solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the claim and to make sure that all your needs and expectations are being met.

The Cost of Making a Claim is Free

Advanced Medicals work with solicitors specialising in every field of personal injury work handling cases from relatively minor road traffic accidents to severe ones that involve complex programmes of rehabilitation and long term care. After we have assessed your case and deemed it has a reasonable chance of success we provide you for free with a solicitor that will be responsible for the legal processing of the claim. This solicitor works for you on a no win no fee basis. This means that your solicitor will take the risk that if the claim is lost or abandoned, he or she does not get paid, however much work has been done. In the more likely event the case is successful, then your solicitor's own charges and a success fee (a percentage of the normal charges) for the claim will be paid for by the fault party.

The solicitor will pay us directly a referral fee for all the work we do in the initial stages. In any event, win or loose, you the client do not pay a penny!
